Real estate developer Tameer said on Saturday that it had delivered its second residential tower in Dubai Marina.
It said the Elite Residence, a 91-storey structure which stands at a height of 381m, was the world’s third tallest residential building and among the world’s top 20 tallest of all kinds.
Elite Residence is located close to Tameer’s other landmark project Princess Tower.
Federico Tauber, president of Tameer, said: “The completion of Elite Residence is yet another affirmation of Tameer’s capability to build and deliver iconic projects.
“The handing-over of units has already commenced and owners are now able to take possession of their apartments,” he added.
The 91-storey tower includes four basements, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, billiard and table tennis rooms, a multi function room, and children’s play area.
The project provides a mixture of one- and two- bedroom apartments, and three- and four-bedroom penthouses, with a total of 696 apartments capable of housing 1,500 residents.
In May, Guinness World Records officially recognised Tameer’s Princess Tower as the world’s tallest residential building.
The Dubai Marina skyscraper towers above the skyline at 414m from base to tip.
The development stands 107 storeys tall and encompasses six basement floors, one ground floor, 100 above-ground levels and eight retail stores.
