UAE’s Tiger starts construction of two Dubai residential projects

02 Tower in Jumeirah Circle Village set for 2020 completion while Al Jawhara Tower will be delivered in 2019

UAE-based developer Tiger Group has announced the start of construction work on the O2 Tower, its latest project in Jumeirah Circle Village, and the Al Jawhara Tower in Jumeirah Village Triangle.

The company also said in a statement that its Al Rasheed Tower in Sharjah Cooperation Zone has been completed, offering 336 new units.

Tiger said it will begin delivering the O2 Tower units in the last quarter of 2020, adding that around 60 percent of homes already been sold.

The building will consist of 41 floors, and has 600 apartments of varying sizes.

Al Jawhara Tower is expected to be handed over in the second quarter of 2019, but 85 percent has already been sold, Tiger said. Al Jawhara will consist of 532 studio apartments.

Amer Al Zuabi, CEO of Tiger, said: “We are pleased to announce the commencement of these projects that offer quality residential options and are also an attractive investment opportunity.”
