Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) has awarded a construction contract worth nearly AED400 million to Bright Accord General Contracting Company for the Jubail Town Centre in Souk Al Jubail.
The project includes four office buildings and two residential buildings – Jubail Terraces buildings 7 and 8.
Located in Souk Al Jubail village, Jubail Town Centre aims to be a lifestyle destination offering an environment that combines well-being, connectivity, leisure, retail, and commercial services.

The centre will have direct access to the E12 Highway and feature commercial properties, residential buildings, green spaces, walkways, and seating areas.
The Town Centre’s amenities will include outdoor spaces, parks, a mosque, a medical clinic, a nursery, a supermarket, fitness centres, retail outlets, F&B pavilions, offices, wellness hubs, and a community centre.
Jubail Terraces, within the Town Centre, will offer apartments in various sizes, from studios to three-bedroom units and duplexes. The retail spaces will include a Spinneys supermarket and Jubail’s Redwood Center of Excellence nursery.
Construction is set to begin in Q3 2024, with completion expected in Q3 2026.

Upon completion, Jubail Island will feature community centres, mosques, a medical clinic, educational institutions, a supermarket, a beach club, a 65-berth marina, yacht clubs, gyms, walking and cycling paths, community pools, play areas, and 1.4 million square meters of parks and open spaces.
Owned by JIIC and developed by LEAD Real Estate Developer, Jubail Island will comprise six residential villages among the mangroves. The community aims to blend sustainable living, luxury, and wellness in Abu Dhabi’s real estate landscape.
