AMIS Development has begun construction on Woodland Terraces, an AED130 million residential project in District 11, Meydan.
The development is scheduled for completion in Q1 2027.
The groundbreaking ceremony took place at the project site, attended by AMIS Development’s senior leadership and partners, confirming the developer’s commitment to luxury living through innovation, design, and amenities.
Woodland Terraces construction begins

The project follows the sell-out of The Woodland Residences in Meydan and continues AMIS Development’s focus on creating homes with open-plan living, expansive terraces, and floor-to-ceiling glass facades.
Woodland Terraces will offer 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and dedicated laundry areas.
Residents will have access to a rooftop infinity pool, sporting facilities, a fitness centre, a yoga area, and an outdoor theatre. The ground floor will include a children’s play area, a lobby, and a signature AMIS Café.
The development is situated within 10 minutes of Meydan Mall and Racecourse, 12 minutes from Dubai Hills Mall, Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, Museum of the Future, and DIFC. Dubai Healthcare City is 15 minutes away, while Dubai International Airport is 20 minutes from the site.
AMIS Development recently secured investment from First APAC Fund VCC, a Singaporean investment fund, which signed a Memorandum of Understanding in November 2024 to invest up to AED 5 billion in the company.
