The highly anticipated Nobu Residences development in Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island has seen its apartments sell exceptionally quickly since sales launched last week, with many units already reserved within the first few days on the market.

“We are thrilled by the overwhelming response and interest in Nobu Residences Al Marjan. The apartments are selling exceptionally fast, reflecting the discerning taste and demand for luxury living in this exclusive location,” said George Azar, Chairman and CEO of Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty – which is exclusively handling the sales.

H&H Development is leading the construction of the project while Enevoria Development owns it.

“The start of sales marks a new stage of Nobu Residences Al Marjan Island project realisation, exceptional in its status and quality,” said Evgeniy Yakubovskiy, General Manager of Enevoria Development.

“I am convinced that high professionalism of the best world experts in the field of exclusive development will create one of the most popular products, which will become the symbol of an impeccable lifestyle and luxury of the XXI century.”

The Nobu Residences is slated to include up to 300 high-end units ranging from one to three-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses and villas. Some of the villas and residences will directly overlook a private beach.

Future residents will enjoy significant amenities both onsite and nearby. All owners will have access to the facilities of the adjacent Nobu Hotel, including a spa, three swimming pools and Nobu By The Beach club.

Arch. Abdulla Al Abdouli, CEO of Marjan, said that the development is expected to attract local, regional and international investors.

“The iconic brand is not only redefining luxury living on Al Marjan Island but also offers a premium investment proposition for aspiring homeowners in the heart of one of the fastest-growing luxury destinations in the region,” said Al Abdouli.

Interiors are being designed by award-winning firm John McAslan + Partners to capture Japanese inspirations through modernist lines and extensive glasswork maximising the stunning ocean views. Natural materials like oak, bronze and marble will be prominently featured.

This prime location on Al Marjan Island, with its pristine beaches and archaeological heritage, is a rare opportunity for luxury real estate investment in one of the UAE’s most exclusive up-and-coming areas. This comes as the emirate builds the Gulf region and UAE’s first casino, a project that is expected to significantly boost investment activity.

Last week, Nobu Hospitality’s project in Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island also began sales.
