The highly anticipated Nobu branded residences in Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island has opened to global buyers, real estate developer Aldar said.

Comprising 88 spacious apartments within a 50,000 square metre waterfront development in the UAE capital, the residences is now offering buyers an exclusive opportunity to own a home that blends Japanese and modern design signatures inspired by luxury hospitality brand Nobu.

The residences, which will be completed in 2027, will feature one to three bedroom units — including apartments, lofts, sky villas and penthouses — with expansive views of the island’s pristine beaches and crystal clear waters of the Arabian Gulf.

“We anticipate strong demand from both local and international buyers due to the luxurious nature of the development and its location in one of the most sought-after destinations in the UAE,” said Jonathan Emery, CEO of Aldar Development.

Homeowners will enjoy suites of bespoke amenities including a state-of-the-art gym, Zen garden, swimming pool, cinema room and direct access to the on-site 125-key Nobu Hotel’s restaurant and bars.

Developed by Aldar in partnership with Nobu Hospitality, the residences are set within walking distance of Saadiyat Island‘s entertainment and lifestyle amenities such as beach clubs as well as the upcoming Saadiyat Grove mixed-use destination.

“The Nobu Residences Abu Dhabi will embody the pinnacle of a new era in luxurious lifestyle living,” said Nobu Hospitality CEO Trevor Horwell. “As we embark on this remarkable journey, introducing these residences to Abu Dhabi, we are not merely constructing homes; we are crafting a lifestyle masterpiece, the Nobu way.

The news comes as the demand for branded real estate continues to surge and become a popular investment choice among buyers from across the world.
