Telco du on Sunday announced the launch of its Unlimited Video on Demand (UVoD) service, which allows customers to choose from a wide range of TV content for AED75 a month.
The service, which expands on the company’s existing VoD initiative, gives customers unlimited access to movies, TV series, dramas, documentaries, music, lifestyle, kids shows and religious programming.
The unlimited service will be made available free of charge for an introductory period, after which du TV customers can subscribe to the service for AED75 per month, du said in a statement.
“We are very excited to announce the launch of our Unlimited Video on Demand service with premium TV programmes, giving customers to choose to watch what they want, all with a simple click on the remote control from the comfort of their home,” said Farid Faraidooni, chief commercial officer, du.
du launched its Video On Demand service in 2009, which allowed customers to browse through a catalogue of movies including Arabic cinema, Hollywood blockbusters, Bollywood movies and classic movies.
