Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Airways is set to resume direct passenger flights between the UAE capital and Beijing from June 29.
The resumption makes the flight route the first regular direct international passenger flight to recommence for Beijing, under the latest mandate of the Chinese Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council, state news agency WAM has reported.
The airline will operate a weekly flight on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
