Dubai-based street food brand, Operation: Falafel, has expanded its culinary presence to Abu Dhabi.
With a focus on modernising traditional Arabic recipes, the brand has gained significant success in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, so far.
The brand’s first dine-in store in Abu Dhabi marks a significant milestone in its expansion journey.
“Expanding to Abu Dhabi is a natural progression for us, aligning perfectly with our long-term goals. This milestone stands as a testament to our team’s unwavering dedication, strong customer loyalty, and our innovative, tech-centric approach to the food and beverage industry,” said Mohamad Sami Ballout, CEO of AWJ, the parent company, emphasized the significance of this move.
Located in the emirate’s Al Dana area, the new outlet offers a diverse menu, catering to various dining preferences, including dine-in, delivery, and takeaway options.
In addition, Operation: Falafel has opened two more branches in Saudi Arabia this month, with further expansion plans in Fayfa, Jeddah, scheduled for November.
The move to Abu Dhabi is in line with the robust growth witnessed in the UAE’s food and beverage sector.
