Real estate development company KM Properties is giving away a free holiday to customers who buy a home at El Matador Tower in Jumeirah Village.
The El Matador Tower Summer Surprises promotion, launched today in conjunction with Dubai Summer Surprises and Al Rostamani Travel and Holidays, will run until September 10.
“The promotion is simple: customers need to pay only 10% to book a unit at Tamani Exclusive at El Matador Tower and they are automatically entitled to three-night vacation package to any destination in the world,” explained Sanjeet Joher, group chief operating officer, KM Holding.
The Vacation Package is valid for two people and includes round trip airfares from Dubai to customers’ preferred summer holiday destination (with a maximum of one transit or stop en-route), accommodation in a deluxe hotel including bed and breakfast, airport transfers and one sightseeing tour at the destination.
The 43-storey El Matador Tower offers Spanish-style living in modern studios, apartments and loft-style condos.
Currently under development, with a completion date set for 2009, the luxury development boasts “luscious landscaping, expansive open spaces and sparkling water views”.
Five-star personalised hotel facility features are offered to residents and tenants and include concierge and housekeeping, baby sitting and butler services, room service, 24-hour security, a fully equipped business centre, clinics and a pharmacy and spacious retail spaces within the tower.
