The final stage of development is underway at the Emirates Marina Hotel and Residence project in Dubai, in time for the property’s September launch.
The AED300m (US$81.7m), 59-storey property will have an entire floor devoted to the Timeless Spa, which will offer treatment rooms, male and female-only saunas, whirlpools, a fitness area, an outdoor swimming pool and a relaxation deck.
The spa will have a large menu that will utilise local products such as dates and frankincense. The range has been specially developed in conjunction with German skincare company Babor.
In addition, the hotel will offer services such as a business centre and meeting room and concierge services.
“This project will help to support Dubai’s strategic plan and ever-growing demand for luxury hotels and apartments,” said Hans Haensel, Emirates’ divisional senior vice president.
