As the year draws to a close, Best Places to Work has unveiled the top 30 best places to work in the Middle East for 2023. Topping the charts were BSH, AstraZeneca and McDonalds.
The ranks were awarded based on the evaluation of several factors including quality of people practices, employee experience, effective leadership and more.
In order to be considered, the organisation must have identified as outstanding employers in at least one region.

The top places to work were determined following the assessment of over 500 companies. According to the research, 86 percent would recommend their workplace to their friends and more than 80 percent revealed that they intend to work for their employer long term.
