Barcelona was crowned as Spanish Super Cup Champion, after the Spanish team crushed its traditional rival Real Madrid 3-1 at the final match in the tournament on Sunday.
Barcelona’s Xavi scored for his team in the 33rd of the first half before Lewandowski added the second in the 45th minute.
In the second half, the winning team was too tough to make it three love, with Pedri’s goal at the 69th minute. However, in injury time, Karim Benzema narrowed the difference for Real Madrid.
The Spanish Super Cup Championship was among Diriyah Season 2022 which witnessed a great fans turnout from inside and outside the kingdom as part of the initiatives of quality of life which contribute to achieving the sports objectives of the Kingdom Vision 2030.
