UAE’s first entrepreneurship course programme accredited by Dubai Government KHDA

Programme will include themes such as Scaling Up, Business Models, Marketing & PR, Finance, Governance and Mindful Leadership

The Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC) has partnered with the Mind Cloud Academy to offer the UAE’s first entrepreneurship course programme accredited and certified by the Government of Dubai Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).

The programme will officially launch in September and include themes such as Scaling Up, Business Models, Marketing & PR, Finance, Governance and Mindful Leadership, amongst others.

PROGRAMME INSIGHTS

Customer Acquisition/ Retention

It is often said that customers buy relationships and not products. This course advises entrepreneurs on Customer Acquisition/ Retention Strategies & Basics; CRM; Early Adopters; Customers Surveys & Interviews – Best Practices; Digital/ Social Media Customers Acquisition and Retention Strategies.

Marketing and PR
