Cobone founder Paul Kenny to headline panel discussion

‘The Challenges of Starting, Growing and Exiting a Business’ is hosted by Club Fit For Business

Paul Kenny, an active start-up mentor and founder of the daily deals voucher site Cobone.com, will take part in a panel discussion hosted by Club Fit For Business.

The panel discussion – titled The Challenges of Starting, Growing and Exiting a Business – will be chaired by David Moleshead,  founder of Envestors and a fellow of the Institute of Bankers in Scotland, and will also feature Edward Brookshire, president of CorporateRewards.com LLC.

The event takes place at the Frioul Restaurant, Souk Madinat Jumeirah, between 7.30am and 9am on Wednesday, 27 January.

It is the latest in a series of business networking breakfasts for the local SME sector that Club Fit for Business organises in cooperation with Creative Zone.

Speaking about the upcoming event, Liam Mooney, founder of Club Fit For Business, said: “We have a very illustrious panel of business experts led by David Moleshead from Envestors.

“All are leading figures in their own field and we are delighted that they will be speaking. The breakfast will be invite only as well to ensure we get a fantastic mix of guests which will provide some fantastic networking opportunities for all.”

Steve Mayne, managing director of Creative Zone, explains that the subject matter of the next business breakfast is of great interest to many SMEs and start-ups in the emirate, and adds: ” We enjoy a high calibre of attendees due to the quality of speakers, venues and format.  Feedback has been positive in the past, so we will certainly maintain the high standard moving forward.”

The event will be an invite only event. Tickets cost AED120 ($32.67) including breakfast.
