Emaar has unveiled its fourth Rove hotel in Dubai, located next to the Dubai World Trade
Centre.

Rove Trade Centre, a 270 room hotel a 48-inch interactive TV screen each room, is the latest in Emaar's home-grown midscale hotel brand to be launched in Dubai, joining Rove Downtown, Rove City Centre and Rove Healthcare City.

Six more Rove Hotels
are being developed in Dubai, including Al Wasl, Port Saeed, Al Jafiliya, Oud Metha, Zabeel and Dubai Marina, which will take the total number of rooms under Rove Hotels to over 3,700 by 2020.

"Rove Hotels
addresses a very clear industry requirement: the need to offer contemporary lifestyle
hospitality experiences for value conscious business and leisure travellers
visiting the city," said Olivier Harnisch, CEO of Emaar Hospitality Group.

"We will continue to develop hotels in central locations,
assure hyper-connectivity and mobility through Metro and public transport, and
deliver lifestyle amenities that are relevant to our guests."
