Canon Middle East (CME) has announced its first pan Middle East Help Desk service centre.

Canon Middle East (CME) has announced its first pan Middle East Help Desk service centre. This move significantly broadens the level and speed of service and support for the firm’s customers and partners throughout the region.

The new UAE facility is designed deliver both post-sales support and pre-sales product information.

Services will be offered via a call centre with support provided via telephone, e-mail and fax, initially in English and Arabic, and with French to follow later.

“Our objective when deciding to implement a Pan Middle East Help Desk was to support Canon’s consumer products in a consistent way that adds value to the relationship for both customer and partner. It is of primary importance to the development of our consumer channel to ensure that we handle the broad scope of enquiries in an efficient and effective manner,” commented Gordon Jones, CME’s president.

“Over the years our products and customer base has been expanding, with the launch of further products, and the call centre will form a crucial service in our overall growth.” he added.
