The Global Citizen Forum, a Canadian non-profit organisation and social action platform, announced return of its annual meets, with ‘Global Citizen Forum’ in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), featuring a star-studded list of speakers including Vishen Lakhiani, best-selling author and founder Mindvalley, Wyclef Jean, Grammy award-winning musician and actor, and Emmanuel Kelly, world’s first differently-abled superstar and founder of The Outlyer Group.
Caroline Scheufele, co-president and artistic director of Chopard, Jewel Howard-Taylor, vice president of Liberia and Aislinn Derbez, actress, producer and founder of La Magia del Caos will be among the other speakers at the event.
The forum, slated to be held on November 16-17, will be held in partnership with Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA).
The event aims to bridge the world’s most pressing challenges with opportunities for global solutions.
This year’s summit is set to engage some of the world’s leading minds around the theme ‘Human Metamorphosis’ and ignite vital conversations on the state of the future, the organisation said.
“As one of the most culturally rich and diverse global annual gatherings, the Global Citizen Forum (GCF) catalyses progress towards a more sustainable future by creating space for dialogue and knowledge-sharing across a wide range of disciplines,” GCF founder and chairman Armand Arton said.
“This year’s speakers, who include some of the world’s foremost minds on far-reaching topics, will shed insight into the increasingly interconnected nature of global issues and highlight emerging areas for cooperation so that we can begin to build a better tomorrow, together today,” Arton said.
The acclaimed annual summit and star-studded fundraiser Gala, will be a priced event, with tickets sold for from $1,500 onwards.
Each year the world’s leading minds convene at the GCF’s annual summit to highlight and celebrate the significant untapped potential of working together to create a lasting impact.
