Dubai-based property developer Binghatti has announced plans to reveal its latest residential project, One by Binghatti.
The exclusive launch event will take place on May 27, 2024 at the Bvlgari Yacht Club in Jumeirah Beach.
One by Binghatti will be located in Dubai’s popular Business Bay neighbourhood with access to Downtown Dubai. It will offer views across the water to landmarks including the Burj Khalifa.

The integrated design concept aims to harmonise different elements into a unified facade, the company said in an emailed statement on Thursday.
The waterfront development will be near other premium branded residences by Binghatti including Bugatti Residences, Mercedes Benz Places and Burj Binghatti Jacob&Co Residences.

Amenities will include adult and children’s swimming pools as well as sports facilities for basketball, paddle tennis and street soccer.
There will also be a gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Outdoor amenities on offer are sunken seating, a running lane and viewing deck.
