Dubai real estate developer, NABNI Developments has announced the launch of new residences in the Al Furjan neighborhood – Avenue Residences 6. The residential development will stand 12-storeys high and is set to reach completion in Q3 2025.
The project will feature a limited collection of 96 boutique residences, offering several amenities to residents including outdoor leisure spaces, a temperature-controlled swimming pool, fully-equipped gym, kids area and BBQ space.
Avenue Residences 6 will have 30 one-bedroom units, 56 two-bedroom units and 10 three-bedroom units. Apartments will be developed with smart home automation, Italian design and finishing materials, stone facades and more.

The payment plan by NABNI Developments is designed as a 40/60 plan with 15 percent downpayment and a four percent Dubai Land Department (DLD) fee and other administration fees.
