The Dubai real estate market saw another high on Wednesday, with property deal transactions recording over AED1.2 billion.
The real estate market recorded 371 sales transactions worth AED1.01 billion, in addition to 78 mortgage deals of AED164.26 million, and eight gift deals amounting to AED57.07 million on Wednesday, according to Dubai Land Department (DLD) data.
The sales included 339 villas and apartments worth AED820.86 million, and 32 land plots worth AED191.71 million.
Mortgages included 49 villas and apartments worth AED89.34 million and 29 land plots valued at AED74.92 million.
The emirate’s real estate sector has been seeing increased activities in recent weeks and months, with a total of 2,703 real estate transactions worth AED8 billion during the week ending October 21, 2022 alone.
During the July-September quarter, Dubai real estate transactions reached a total worth of $19 billion (AED69.4 billion), according to a report by Morgan’s International Realty.
