Atlantis Dubai New Year offer
The iconic hotel on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah is famed for annual New Year firework displays and lively festivities. The entertainment highlight this year will see pop star Kylie Minogue perform at a New Year’s Eve gala dinner.
Front of stage Golden Circle tickets cost $2,300 (AED8,500) per person and the Australian singer will perform with a 30-piece live band.

Burj Khalifa New Year’s Eve celebration
The Burj Khalifa firework show is a Dubai New Year’s Eve highlight and property developer Emaar estimates more than a billion people around the world will view the festivities.
This year it is looking to break new records for lasers as well as fireworks. The world’s tallest building will see the world’s largest laser display in the world with light beams travelling the longest distance ever.
Downtown restaurants clamour to offer the best terrace and balcony views of the show which will happen at midnight.
Global Village New Year’s Eve 2023
The popular tourist attraction has shows and firework displays throughout its season, but will raise the bar for its Global Village New Year’s Eve spectacular.
It will celebrate New Year’s Eve seven times in one night as it rings in the New Year at national pavilions at the same time as the corresponding home country.
There will be fireworks scheduled for:

- Thailand at 9pm
- Bangladesh at 10pm
- India at 10.30pm
- Pakistan at 11pm

Burj Al Arab New Year’s Eve
As would be expected the iconic Dubai hotel is offering upscale promotions for guests and visitors on New Year’s Eve.
Restaurants Sahn Eddar and Sal are advertising AED12,000 per visitor dining experiences with entertainment including dancers, aerial performers and live music, not to mention up close firework views, of course.
The hotel’s Al Falak Ballroom is expected to attract a large Russian clientele for a private concert from performer Valeriy Meladze.
Dubai Opera New Year’s Eve 2023
Dubai Bling star DJ Bliss will perform at the iconic Downtown venue.
VIP tables for up to 10 guests cost AED32,500 and there will be additional entertainment and reality TV appeal from dancers Jasmine and Aaron.
Ticket prices include terrace views of the Burj Khalifa fireworks.
Sonara Camp New Year’s Eve
The crowds and skyscrapers lit up by midnight firework provide an atmospheric way to see in the New Year.
For an altogether different experience head to celebrity-friendly desert camp Sonara. The luxury desert camp is as far from the noise and built-up city centre feel of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown as it is possible to get in the emirate.
That’s not to say it will be basic. A live band, gourmet dinner. pretty fairy lights and an international DJ are on hand for gusts wanting to spend the last night of the year under the stars and in the dunes.
Enrique Iglesias at Nammos
Trendy Greek-style beach club Nammos at the Four Seasons resort in Jumeirah will have a performance by Spanish singer Enrique Iglesias on New Year’s Eve in Dubai.
Tickets for the upmarket venue’s private gig cost up to AED10,000 and there will also be Cuban music.
