Emirates has unveiled a new Crew Zone at its Group Headquarters in Dubai, representing a £600,000 investment in crew welfare and engagement.
The 24/7 facility spans the ground floor and can accommodate up to 200 crew members simultaneously.
The innovative space, developed over nine months, features seven distinct zones designed to support cabin crew professionally and personally, the airline said in a statement on Tuesday.

The facility includes several key areas:
- Crew Engagement Zone: Offers interactive screens for booking workshops, training sessions, and facility tours.
- One Device Hub: Provides technological support for Emirates’ Apple-based digital programme, helping crew set up and troubleshoot devices.
- Crew Lounge: A relaxation space for crew to recharge and complete administrative tasks.
- Facilities Distribution Service: A streamlined counter for document and device collection.
- Crew Computer Zone: Workstations with high-speed internet for personal and professional tasks.
- Crew Connect Services: 24/7 support for operational queries.
- Beauty Hub: Offering personalised consultations on wellness, beauty, and health.
The Beauty Hub, launched in 2023, provides makeup, nutrition, fitness, and skincare consultations. Crew can book individual appointments or attend group masterclasses.
