Thai Airways is offering GCC Nationals travelling to Australia one-stop-shop for flight bookings and online visas.
Any national booking a flight with THAI to Australia this summer will be offered the online visa service for AU $100 (US $82), which only requires a passport copy and involves no stamp in the passport. Instead an e-visa printout will be given to the client.
At the same time, Thailand’s national carrier will boost its flight frequencies from Bangkok to Brisbane – one of the nearest airports to the Gold Coast – from daily to 10 weekly from June to October, representing 25% growth.
THAI also flies to Sydney, Perth and Melbourne from its Bangkok hub.
In addition, the airline will add two extra flights per week from Dubai to Bangkok between July 5 and August 18 to accommodate increased demand from the Middle East during the summer vacation period.
The additional flights depart Dubai on Thursdays and Saturdays for the six-week period, bringing the total number of flights from Dubai to Bangkok to 13 weekly.
