AHS Properties, a luxury real estate company based in Dubai, has achieved record sales totalling AED2.5 billion for its new project “Casa Canal Interiors by Fendi Casa.”
Located along the Dubai Water Canal, 80 percent of the development has now been sold, according to Founder and CEO Abbas Sajwani.
“Notably, the gross development value of this Iconic project stands at AED3.1 billion, further solidifying its significance in the realm of luxury real estate in Dubai,” Sajwani said.
Spanning 4,500 to 30,000 square feet, Casa Canal offers boutique houses, sky villas and penthouses.
Residents will benefit from amenities such as a cigar lounge, private pools and fine dining options.
World-renowned architects Hirsch Bedner Associates and Shaun Killa designed the interiors and exteriors respectively.
Sajwani’s vision is for Casa Canal to be a “transformative force” in the market. He said the company is committed to “build structures and craft living experiences that leave an indelible mark.”
Since launching in November 2021, AHS Properties has emerged as a pioneer in luxury property development in Dubai.
In a recent strategic partnership with Fendi Casa, the Italian luxury brand will furnish the interior designs for Casa Canal.
The project “reflects our dedication to pushing boundaries and redefining luxury living,” Sajwani added.
