UAE real estate developer MAG has unveiled its latest project – Keturah Business Bay, a luxury tower.
Valued at AED2 billion ($545 million approximately), this innovative development is designed to transform the way residents live by mixing nature into their everyday lives through the ‘Bio Living’ concept, the company said in an emailed statement on Tuesday.
Keturah Business Bay follows the success of Keturah Reserve and Keturah Resort and is set to be completed by the third quarter of 2027.

Inspired by Biophilic Design, Bio Living aims to create an environment where architecture and interiors meet nature, benefiting the physical, mental, and emotional health of residents.
“This project has been meticulously conceived and designed, with every detail aimed at elevating and enriching the lives of its occupants,” Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, Senior Executive Vice Chairman of MAG said.
Keturah Business Bay will offer a range of accommodation options, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments spanning from 600 to 2,200 square feet.
The tower will feature amenities such as an outdoor pool, a gym, restaurants, and retail spaces.
A unique aspect of this development is the double-volume interior spaces within the apartments, promoting natural cooling and optimising air circulation.
The absence of corridors or hallways in the open-plan design enhances the flow of movement and contributes to the physical and mental well-being of residents.
Unit prices and payment plans for Keturah Business Bay are expected to be revealed by the end of 2023.
