Mystery-shopping tool for spas

A new SpaAudit programme lets managers police service levels.

A customisable mystery-shopping programme, aimed at spa and salon owners and managers, will be launched next month.

The SpaAudit software has been designed to provide targeted feedback for every job role within spa operations and can be controlled internally through the company’s website.

The programme assesses the entire guest journey from initial contact to departure and asks shoppers business-specific questions in order to rate their satisfaction and assess how important each part of the spa experience is to them.

As part of the annual fee, an unlimited number of reports can be generated to support each facility’s internal procedures and business goals, identifying specific priority competencies.

The SpaAudit system creates a score sheet-style report, which can then be used as a performance-coaching tool.
